Eggs A' Plenty!!

So, not to rain on Brad's parade or anything, but my translucent female veiled just laid her first clutch of eggs. 71!!! I don't have high hopes for 19 of them, but they are being incubated all the same. She is a low end translucent and she was bred with another low end male, so, like Brad's recent postings of his low x low babies, it will be interesting to see how these turn out.

I never did give her a name and she has always been a rather big girl, but after seeing how many eggs she laid, I have now named her "Mac" (as in, Mack Truck....).....

Cooking, indeed!! With all the cham lights going, our house is mighty toasty, which is good because the Chicago bitter chill has started - who needs a furnace when you have cham lights!! We're expecting 10 inches tomorrow night....
