My Camille is going to develop eggs soon I believe. She doesn't like to be handled (I almost got my thumb bit off today when I had to get her out for a minute) other than that I don't even try because I respect the personality. I was wondering how yall got chams out that are fiesty and prego without stressing too much and possibly becoming egg bound and moving them to an egg laying bin. I don't have room in the cage to put a bin either. Thank you all:)

I have a schefflera in her bin with sticks and such its just getting her out with as little stress while prego as possible. Maybe a fake vine going to the bin? But I want to know when she's in there and doing her business without accidently bothering her.

Why not put her egg bin in with her? so you dont have to transfer her?

espcially since you wont get a real sign saying she has to lay until she starts digging.

Well I figured she would become more restless and noticeable eggs. But I don't think I have room for a bin unless I move a plant I guess. What would be recommended dimensions for a veiled laying bin inside the cage. Her cage is 30 x18x30 on about a 5 foot dresser I figured this would be fine for her adult life since its pretty high above my head nd very spacios.
