Egg Bound??

My yemen chameleon has laid 6 eggs 2 days ago and seemed to have loads more inside her as she is huge. She is long overdue in laying and she is was still digging although today she has become very lethargic and her eyes have sunk into her head. Is she possibly egg bound?? is there anything I can do???? can anyone offer any advice

She needs a vet asap.... They can either do surgery to get the eggs out or give a hormone shot but if she is not looking good she may be too weak to even try passing them on there own anymore....

I agree. Get her to the vets NOW before the long weekend when everything will be closed.

everywhere is already closed. there is nowhere i can take her

If she's egg bound and you don't find a vet, she might not may it til Tuesday or be to weak for help. Where do you live? Someone here may know a reptile vet.

You said..."She is long overdue in laying"...how do you know this? Was she mated? How old is she?

She still really needs to see a vet IMHO.
