No, there is no problem with chams eating stinging insects, unless they get stung of course.

Camille once ate one of those big black bumble bees and it scared me to death but she was ok and it's been over a year ago.

it was just sat there and bob munched like anything i think it was dieing anyway and bob finished it off xD
he went back to his viv and polished another 5 locusts off

i swear theres no greedier chameleon then bob he usually has 10locusts a day and would still eat more

Same thing here as Jann. Last summer, my melleri were in their tree outside and I noticed Newbie keeping her eye on something. I saw her zap something and saw here munching on a HUGE bumble bee and was freaking out hopeing that she wouldn't get stung. She was looking at me like, "what?". She was fine (although I watched her closely for a while just to be sure).
