edemaa- quick question

Hi,

So I know chams are prone to gular edema, which I understand to be located around the neck & armpit area. Do they get facial edemas? My guy is starting to look slightly like he has 'jowls', I took photos but they don't show anything significant. He let me 'poke' him after a silkworm bribe & this area was soft. I think I'm just being paranoid, but I curious as to whether they can get edemas around the jaw?

If you are referring to a veiled they get little "pouches" on their lower jaw as they mature.
