Can anyone tell me the best cupfeed way and maybe show pics an instructions etc thanks

Also known around these parts as the "Sunny D Death Trap" . This works well in "full size" (i.e. 2x2x4') enclosures. If you need something smaller, you can sometimes find Sunny D in a smaller bottle, or use a 1 gallon or 1/2 gallon milk jug, depending on the size you need. But the basic concept is the same. Give the bugs some vertical screen to climb on, but cut the jug in such a way to provide an opening for the cham, but no escape for the bugs.
