Early detection of mouth rot?? Opinions please

I am curious if my lil guy is developing mouth rot? anyone experience this before? he is 6 months old.

there is no odd behavior. he eats and drinks everyday like a champ.

If anything, it looks like very minor mouth irritation. I'd just keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse, take it from there. However, with as slight as the issue looks, it will probably resolve itself fairly quickly.

i really appreciate it! yea its hard to see under normal conditions but i figured the earlier the better. thanks for the advice.

I agree keep a close eye on it. It could turn into mouth rot if it is a minor wound. If you are super paranoid about it, go see a vet, if it does turn out to be mouth rot then it should be super treatable, especially that small. If your not that worried just keep a close eye on it. Take a picture of it everyday and compare after a week and make a judgement if it is getting worse or better! Good luck!
