I usually dust twice a week with calcium with d3 I don't have regular calcium should I be duating every cricket with calcium? I use a multivitamin and the d3

You need a calcium that does not have D3. You should use that every day. D3 should be given 2 times a month.

It can be hard to find calcium without D3. You might need to order it online. If you need a "stop gap" answer, buy a "cuttlebone" for captive birds and grind it up in a food processor or coffee/spice mill.

i dunno about sticky tongues, but reptivite should be used 2x a month.
