Dusting Crickets, Veiled Cham

Hi, my chameleon (Veiled) is just over a year old and I give him 7 large crickets every other day with Calcium (No D3). Also twice a month I give him Calcium (w/ D3) and also multivitamins. Is this ok? Also To dust crickets is it ok if I lightly dip the crickets into calcium/vitamin container and blow on the cricket so its not overly dusted? When I give the D3 and multi-vitamins twice a month, should it be just the calcium or multivitamin for those 2 days??? His temps are 80 at bottom of enclosure and 90-95 on basking branch. PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P

I use the shake 'n bake method....put a little bit of supplement in a bag and add the crickets. GENTLY shake the bag to coat them lightly.

Seems like you're doing it fine to me. There are tons of ways to dust crickets.

The bag method works best for me, though.
