hey, "neighbor!" i live in Tinley Park, and i'd say for most of the time during summer as far as temp and humidity goes, it'd be fine... most of the time. we have pretty screwy weather changes here. plus birds, squirrels, racoons, etc might attack it or damage your cage trying to get to it. not even mentioning the possibility of parasites. as a long term thing, your just giving yourself a headache. but we get perfect weather for most if not all chams to chill outside for a few hours of real sunlight. my oldest veiled spent a third of the summer just hanging out on my balcony garden, peeping at the neighbors and cars.
