I want to introduce her to Dubias how many and how often should I give them to her. She's an adult veiled.

Id make a trail mix in a cup with equal crickets and meal/super worms, and hope for a few "misses".

its a staple so you cant really feed her too much, so you can include them in every meal if you want.
