i was at a reptile show yesterday and saw dubia roaches for $1 each so i grabbed a few figuring i'de give em a try. they're a little over an inch long, and now im thinking they look a little big for my cham. anyone know if thts too large for an adult jacksons??

if they are too big, than i would research on how to keep them well, grow them to adults and breed them. if you start now, you'll have a tremendous non stopping colony for food supply

My adult jackson's never had problems eating adult dubias. Have you tried offering him one and see if he'll take it? They're not bad judges of what they can fit in their mouths.

yes i offered him one earlier today and he seemed interested but he never actually ate it. i saw a vid on youtube of a jacksons eating a roach tht looked really big, but he managed it with no problems so i totally believe you. it would be nice to start a small colony but i have all females :( and if he doesnt eat them it really wouldnt be worth it anyways
