Hey theree. I just received my roaches today and I was wondering do they need air holes in their enclosure? I also have little black beetle things in there what are these, baby's? And do they fight or piggyback each other ha?

hey i breed these roaches. they're are very easy and breed fast! i have about 500 and i sell them now and have made about $120 in a month. that piggy backing is most likely mating but if you find the males that look like their wings are chewed off, its the females because they need more protein or more food more often. i find if you feed them more often the females wont eat their wings. and yes you should have multiple air holes just to get home sort of ventilation in there. and the little black bugs don't sound like the roaches because the babies (nymphs) are mostly grey. but i THINK they're nothing to worry about. but don't take my word on it. i have heard they come with feeder bugs especially crickets, but I've heard lizards and frogs can eat them. hope this helps :)

dubia air holes

I would have to think some air holes covered with a mesh screen would be good, otherwise, I think to much humidity will build up.

I was told from my guy I get dubious from that they are what meal worms become I'm not positive about that tho.

Well they're just the smallest I could get do they mate? And would they find there food/water across from the crates they stay in. I keep all food on paper towels and hiding on the otherside of plastic bin. Thanks everyone:)

the nymphs need to be i believe about 3 to 4 months old when they start breeding. and the babies will definitely find the food. i use a small top to like a yogurt container when i first started cause it's shallow and they can get out easy.
