I got my first order in for my juvenile chameleon but I have to say Im feeling squeamish about them. How do you transfer them to the cage? Do you just pick them up? Will they climb in a plastic tube like crickets if you leave them?

Also, do you gut load them exactly like crickets or do they need something different?

Yes, they like cardboard tubes but tend to hide under them. I scoop them up with the tube and move them.
You can use exactly the same gut load ingredients as for crickets.
Just keep telling yourself they are just large pill bugs.
