Dubia info

Quick question for all the dubia experts. I have started my own colony of dubia but unsure how to handle them going forward.
Now that the babies have reached adult status should they be separated from the younger ones or just left in the same container?
Is it best to start a new separate colony with these or just let it continue to grow?
Thanks for the advise.

just treat it as a compost heap. Dont disturb it, and put all veg table scraps into it. You dont have to separate babies from the adults, the babies live off of adult frass/poop so the tub will be cleaner if you keep the family together. You really only have to sort if you are selling by size, or have a really big colony and a lot of mouths to feed, else just pick them out as you go.
