Dual Living?

So i have a question, can a male and female veiled live together in a big enough cage to where the female would not be overly stressed out and ultimately die? Or would they always have to be in separate cages until they were mating?

It is not recommended. I have had a male and female in the same free range but that was an extremely large area.

It is recomended that they be kept separate. They are not social animals. It can be done in certain circumstances ie large free range. Males and females living in vivs require different temps, feeding requirements.
