Dry Gutload Question

Good evening guys!

Quick question - Yesterday I purchased the infamous Cricket Crack. How do y'all recommend I feed it to my crickets? Should I sprinkle it on the bottom of the cricket keeper, put it in a little dish ect? What works best for you?

Also, how do I determine how much to feed the crickets?

I tend to sprinkle dry gutload onto fruits or veggies or even onto other gutloads that contain moisture. I found that just dry gutload will often be ignored by feeders.

I put mine on a small paper plate, next to wet gutload or moisture source. Often I’m using babyfood or unsweetened applesauce as a moisture source. For superworms, I trim down the sides of the plates and place the babyfood or applesauce on the plate and sprinkle some dry gutload on top. I even sprinkle calcium on top of the wet and dry foods sometimes and vitamins other times.

Ha! I do this too! Not sure if there is any actual benefit, but I still do it .
