Someone have a recipe for a home made DRY mix for Dubias?

There's really no perfect recipe, just use a big mix of edible nutritious ingrediants. Are you using it as a gutload or as a colony feeder? Or both?

There's really no perfect recipe, just use a big mix of edible nutritious ingrediants. Are you using it as a gutload or as a colony feeder? Or both?

Mainly as a colony feeder. I would like to mix up a good batch of dry ingredients and then suppliment with some fresh greens and fruit. I have been using a homemade wet cube but it's getting to be a challenge as the colonies are getting so large.
Thought I could come up with some nutritious dry goods.
