Droopy head

Okay so I'm really hoping this is nothing, but ive noticed that when Leon walks his head is a bit droopy, is this bad? If so how can I fix this?

It's kinda hard to grasp exactly what you are asking... chameleons are normally stick straight when walking maybe dropping there head a bit lower for stealth reasons but if his head was dragging it could be an irritated eye or trying to rub off sum stuck shed.... have u noticed anything else? ..is this something he has always done or just started?
