Hey I'm new to the cham world I've been lurking on here for a few weeks gathering info this is my first time posting, I am planning on picking up a male panther from Kammers :)), I am getting their full 22-item set up
link>>http://www.chameleonsonly.com/index.php?p=product&id=42&parent=8 it comes with a sprayer as well as the little dripper I did however plan on putting a pothos as well as getting a fogger to keep the humidity levels up. I live in socal and my question is aside from spraying him down before and after I come home from work does anyone think I should include a mister in this set up as well?

If it were me, I would skip the fogger all together. At the very least, do not run it all day. I cant comment on the mister as I do not have one, and I do not have a panther chameleon so I am not sure what would be best for them. Foggers make me a little nervous.

I would run the fogger as necessary to maintain the humidity 3-4 times a day i am unsure if that will keep the moisture up enough. Why do they make you nervous?

Oh OK, that's no so bad then. I though you meant to run it all day (some people I know have, and have lost their pets, hence my nervousness).

ya foggers are ok to keep up humidity, your still going to mist and most likely have a dripper. i suggest you skip the fogger and get an automatic misting system as you can set them to go off whenever you like

The only issue that I've found with the misting systems is that they are a little pricey I found a repti fogger for only $38.00
