Drip system

How long do you keep this running? I haven't had one I was told I could just mist 3-6 times a day but my Jackson hasn't been eating and hasn't been very active I post in the health section got some great answers. But then I thought maybe he would like the drip system and ever sense I put it in. Right now it is a cup with a small pin hole in it he has been sitting right under. I am ordering really one. But how long do I let it run? Is it al add day thing and all night or just like all day only or part day? I have it dripping into a cup and a reptile feeder bowel? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

i fill mine 4 times a day, it drips for about a half hour each time.
that's just what i do.
