the only real way to know if your chameleon is getting enough water is to look at his droppings. if they are white at the end you are in good shape. if it is yellow or orange then they need more water.

if you have a dripper and you are misting you should be in good shape. just remember that its rare for you to "see" them drinking. its best to mist and leave the room.
