Dried out eyes.

Reptar has been having some eye issues lately. His eyes are really crusty and dry and sometimes he keeps them closed. He rubs them on the vines a lot. Would terrimyacin help? I tried warm showers. It seems to help for a day. And suggestions would be awesome.

Possible eye infection. Vet time probably. Or it's just way too dry and he's shedding around his eyes. Can you post a pic?

Thank you. I want to be a herpetologist and panthergirl I wouldn't try any treatment until you know the exact cause of the problem.

I put drippers in some of my cages and find my panthers love to stand under the drip. They drink when they want to, shower when they want to and just really enjoy the humidity. Their eyes don't close off and on throughout the day and they sure look happier. It took them a few days to get as wet as they needed, but they still spend at least 2/3 to 3/4 of their day under their drip.
