cheesey feet

Well with nothing to do this weekend I attempted to clear up my room
I have a walk in wardrobe which was full of junk which I'm now selling on ebay.
Then I thought, this would be awesome for a chameleon...
Dimensions are 26" x 36" x 71" (high, so almost 6ft)
I already have a variety of different meshes, some especially for chameleons, so I could easily rip the door off and nail a few bits of wood together to make a frame.Pin some mesh on to cover the center and then attach with hinges and I have a door.
I have a 2ltr drip system for it, and being enclosed I would imagine it would hold humidity well?
Maybe an odorless gloss paint would work for the inside?
What tree/s would suit this size enclosure best?
I have no money as I'm focusing on a 270gallon tank at the moment, but this would be awesome to do for the future.
I'm pretty confident in keeping reps, but really have not owned anything with real difficulty, and so a cham seems a nice step up after seeing a big yemen a couple of months back.
...I would like a Sirama or Ambilobe Blue male Panther, so any tips on this species would be great.
From research a 100W basking bulb would suit the size ok?
My room is always warm, having plenty other exotics and rarely gets below 70f.
What is the best UV bulb for them?
I could set up a free range area but I only have a small window, from reading a book on the 1-2hrs of good sunlight can give them enough d3?
If I were to do a free range area, what plant would you recommend, apart from Ficus benjamani?
Any possible problems etc anyone can see?
