Drainage

SO my current cage didn't come with a bottom designed for drainage and I was wondering if there was anywhere I could find one or if there is a certain way to make on that is sturdy enough to hold two plants, one being a 4 ft tall hibiscus in a large pot... Im making a stand and I am not too confident in the drainage system I will be able to employ

if you can get some holes drilled into the bottom and then place a rubber maid container underneath it to catch the water will help,or if you can remove the bottom and cover it with mesh then you could always go to a building supply store and buy lath(thin wooden stakes) that you can place across the bottom in desired spots to support you plant stands
