Can someone explain what a drainage system is to me please? I am still very confused on the topic.

In response to your second post: No, i havent' personally, but I have with Kammer's, and, eventhough they are expensive, I'm very satisfied with the product.

And your first post: Many/most cham's require to be misted or sprayed to drink. A dripping or misting system is the most convenient way to do this to avoid having to manually spray them 2-3 times a day. Generally, if you have a misting or dripping system, then you need somewhere for the excess water that falls to the bottom of the cage to go. I've got a pretty simple and cheap one I set up myself. I just had holes drilled into the floor of reptibreeze mesh enclosure.

Weight of plants caused floor to bow slightly

Cage is then raised up using bricks or in my case DVD boxes lol

Then a litter tray slides underneath to catch the excess water.

I've now moved simba to a new custom made enclosure where this setup wasn't ideal as enclosure is wood, glass and mesh(top)
