DRAINAGE SYSTEM

Hello,
I am getting a Chameleon in August. I have a dripper and everything all set up. I would like to have a drainage system but can't find a good and cheap option. How does everybody else do this?

I have an extra-large Repti-breeze with a solid bottom (no Repticarpet or substrate).

Perhaps not "cheap", but the best option I could find for my XL Reptibreeze is the Dragon Strand Drainage tray. You would need to drill holes in the floor of the enclosure to allow the water to drain into the tray. I actually used a window screen kit and made a screen floor for my enclosure. This allows the water to flow through freely while keeping bugs in. I use a shop vac to suck the water from the drainage tray as is starts to fill up.

If that is sitting on the floor you can get a small cabinet or plastic rack to put it on. (Chams like to be higher too) I know some people put a bucket underneath for the water to drain into and then dump it daily or weekly.

Thank you, janjan20. I'm putting a dunnage rack under it and beneath that is a large bucket which I will empty weekly. Thanks so much for the input.
