Drainage ideas...

So I will be moving my chams into new setups soon and I wanted to run an automatic mister, but I needed some help on drainage ideas. Can you guys help me out, I have seen a couple ideas but just wanted to see what else is out there. I am also going to build a pygmy cage setup. Do pygmy setups need a drainage hole (I was just going to use Roo's direction for building a pygmy cage, but was not sure if a drainage hole was needed or not)?

I have a similar set up that you will have for my crested geckos who need roughly the same humidity levels. I have a Promist for my panther cham, but have attached a solonoid with a timer so that they get misted for a minute 2 times a day 4 days out of the week and 3 times a day 3 days out of the week.

The trick is getting enough in there without it pooling too much in the bottom of the tank. It's pretty easy to figure out after a few days.
