youll probably find a lot of us doing essentially the same thing. using a stand that doesnt have a full top (supports on the side but nothing in the middle)
then you take your plastic bottom piece , drill some holes in the middle and then put a bucket or tote under the stand. tada! seriously thats about it. when i was going to do it was over thinking it and looking at all kinds of parts and stuff i didnt really need and in the end i literally drilled holes in the bottom and put a bucket under it.. thats all. works perfect. you could glue a funnel or something to the bottom if you wanted to to precisely drain it but a 5 gallon bucket shoudl catch everything with ease.
buckets are easier to move with water in them vs totes so if you go the tote route try and empty it more often.
