I finally got around to setting up my nursery cage. I have limited floor space left available so I decided to put two of them side by side on a shelf. All lighting and misting is suspended above the cages. Nothing is attached to the cages and this makes cleaning and outside sun time very easy. I used 1 spot/basking light per two cages as well as 1 mist head per two cages and it works perfect. The branches are natural Crepe myrtle. I cut them to fit perfectly and then hot glued them in place. Branch placement is very important as I wanted to get my big hand/arm inside and to the back of each cage and am able to do that. All lighting and misting is automated with timers and the basking lights are controlled with a master dimmer for temperature adjustment. I installed drain tubes in the rear of the drain pan and put plastic furniture moving discs under the front so it slants toward the rear and drains perfectly.
