Dragon ledges

I’m thinking about buying some dragon strand ledgers but how would you be able to hang the plants with the pots?

These are wonderful and I highly recommend. I use half gallon landscaping pots per Bill's recommendation. This way I do the pot in a pot method he speaks about. Your zip tying one pot to the branch in multiple points so that it is secured. I normally do 3 points of attachment to the branches. Then you drop in the same type of pot that has your plant in it. I do use screen in the bottom of my pot that I plant into with 1 inch of the clay drainage balls then dirt... This way I do not have dirt going out the pot I am dropping into.

The pots I use are 6 inch in size not too small and not too big.

Yeahhhhh...thats a small pot! Lol. I guess it all perspective.
I thought they would hold bigger pots than they do, though no complaints!! I absolutely love the ledges and the size of pots is plenty big enough for the enclosures.

I just ordered pots the other day, but went with 4" pots. Are these going to be too small? Should I order some 6" pots instead?

Thanks, looks like I will be ordering more pots. These are the ones I ordered.

Yeah the thing about the ones you got besides being smaller... Is that they are a harder plastic. Every time I have tried to put a hole through those they have cracked so you have to drill the holes for them not to. But yeah those will be a bit small for larger plants. Then when your plants grow out of those you will have to replace them.
