Hey everyone, i bought two new cages and i have no clue where to put the misting nozzles.. I'm looking for some ideas of what i should do. The only thing i could think of was make cuts in the middle of the top screen for the nozzle to fit, then silicone it. the only problem with that is i wont be able to take the nozzle out for cleaning so easily. Any ideas would be great, i would really like to keep them in good condition without making too many unnecessary openings.

Hi Rich, no need to put holes in the middle of the cage.
Did you get the corner plates that come with it?.
I use double sided tape and stick them in either or both back corners. You will need to put a hole in the mesh for the nozzle, but in the corner and the plate stabilizes and hides any alterations.
I am happy to take a pic if you want to see what I am babbling about!

I would like to see a photo of what you are saying. I will be getting a misting system once I decide what type... and photos will help me to know how I should plan to set it up. Thanks! :)

yeah i would love to see what your talking about.i just got my cages from DIY and i haven't head of plates to put in the corners.pictures would be great :)

If your using a mistking you can get 2 5/8" washers, one for each side of the screen. This keeps the nozzle from moving around. It's the say idea as the corner mounting plate.

i have a proproducts... im sure i can buy the attachment from mist-king to do this... i like the idea.
