Does this vent look normal??

Hi Everyone,

I posted yesterday and the day before about my little man. Who, we figured out has MBD. Anyways, after inspecting him today it seems that his vent is a little swollen?? From the photo below, is anyone able to tell me if it looks bad or not?? Or what is going on with it?? Oh also, we went to the vet yesterday so he was all checked out recently. But since he has MBD he hasn't been feeling well and therefore hasn't been eating, which then means he hasn't been pooping either.

Was it like that at the vets? If so, didn't the vet comment on it?
I would put a little K-Y jelly on the pink part. Inhopemhes not going to prolapse.
