Does She Look Pregnant?

Hi Everyone. I have had her for about 2 months now.(Jackson Chameleon) I picked her up from a local pet store. I have noticed she has put on a little weight but not exactly sure how much as I have not weighed her. I am also not entirely sure how old she is. I have never kept her with my male Jackson long enough to mate but am not sure if the pet store had her with a male. Does she look pregnant to you? I want to see what you think so I can make sure the extra precautions are taken if she is pregnant. She cannot stand to be around Sparty as she turns completely black and starts rocking back and forth. She will push him away if he gets anywhere close to her. I read in another post that these are signs she might be pregnant.

here are the pics

She definately looks like she's pregnant in my opinion, though I've never had a Jacksons I've seen pics and this one looks well rounded. Did you try to mate her or were you just seeing if she was already pregnant?

If she slows eating that can be a sign she's ready to pop, or looks like a bag of marbles is what I found. You'll want to seperate them right away, for that you can use large tupperware. If it's confirmed she is pregnant you'll want to keep pinheads and fruitfly cultures ready to go.

I have not tried to mate her. That is just the observation I have noticed when she is anywhere close to Sparty(my male Jackson). I have only had her for about 2 months now and have noticed she has gotten more rounded. I am new to Chams and was curious what everyone else thinks. The feeding and climate conditions also have been right as she eats between 5-7 crickets a day and the basking temp has been about 82-84.

They are separated already, have always been. They each have their own 2x2x4 cage with a towel in between the cages so they cannot see each other as she gets stressed even if she can just see him. I actually am breeding crickets, I just started plus there is a local pet store I can get plenty from.

I am trying to confirm for sure so I can know if I need to give her more vitamins and calcium than the normal amount. Of course the only way to know for sure is if I take her in the vet but want to know what everyone here thinks.

I meant seperate the babies from the mother.

Oh yes in fact I do. I have a 12x18x18 cage I can put them in. would it be ok to put them all in the one cage or do they each need to have their separate enclosure? How many babies do Jackson's normally have?

As babies they can be around eachother without stress, as they grow older they'll become territorial, a quick google search said 30 babies, but don't quote me on that, I'm sure someone on here will confirm the amount who's had them before.
