So I was wondering if you guys have anything to say about terry she's been hissing and popping and whistling a lot recently and she's been dark all day for a few days now and only gets light at night I just put her back in her enclosure and she got gorgeous but idk what that could mean so any advice is helpful!

The "Popping and whistling" noises are a sign of a respiratory infection. To be on the safe side I would definitely get her to a vet asap! What are her basking temps, humidity levels, and type of enclosure?

Her basking temp is usually around 74-75 and humidity is like 50+ shes in a mesh enclosure

definitley need to increase her basking temperature, it should be around the low 90s but not exceed 95 degrees. What's the wattage of your basking bulb? And are you using a uvb bulb as well?

Veiled chameleons, like other reptiles, regulate their own body temperature and it is important to provide them with a temperature gradient inside their enclosures. The best ambient temperature for veiled chameleons during the day is room temperature, between 72 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. By placing the heat bulb approximately 6 to 8 inches above a perch inside the enclosure, a basking spot of approximately 85 to 95 degrees should be achieved. This results in the warmest temperatures directly under the heat bulb and cooler temps lower down in the enclosure, so your chameleon can position itself wherever it feels most comfortable.

So she need 10 degres more for the basking (minimum) she need it asap ;) she might have digestive probleme (so vitamin problem due to lack of assimiling and digesting the food) and yes, she might have RI (the nose also look blocked to me no?) is there any way to bring your chameleon to a vet?

I agree with Mawtyplant. Raise basking temp and take her to the vet soon if possible. If it turns out that she has a RI some antibiotics should treat the problem :)

It's a 60w and yes my uvb is 5.0 uvb

Ok ;) and, the reptisun 5.0, after 6 inches of distance there is no uvb at all :/ so its useless :( if you get enough money i suggest you tu buy reptisun T5HO. If you dont have enough money for now, buy the exo terra uvb 150 (not the best.. but provide more uvb than the reptisun so temporary solution)

buy a 100w its too cold inside (thats the reason why she look bad i think, the color look dark too me)

feed your chameleon with silkworm for the next days.. next weeks (silkworm contain serapeptase who gonna help for respiratory infection recovery) but she might need antibiotic. She also might need vitamin A (possible.. ) but if you try to give Vit A stay caution, Vit A are toxic (like Vit D3)

You also can try to found some reptaid (can help for the RI) but.. without proper caring (veterinary) she can die.. respiratory infection are a serious and common problem, dont wait too long ;)
