Does my guy have MBD??

I purchased Magnus from a local breeder approximately 2 months ago and was told he was 4 months old. He was very healthy did not seem to have any problems. I originally had him in a 50 gal glass tank but 2 weeks ago moved to an XL mesh cage ( a little bit of overkill for his age/size). I was initially using a reptisun 5.0 tube and that was used for 3-4 months before hand with another reptile. I have been feeding him gut loaded crickets, wax worms, meal worms and the occasional black soldier fly larva. I supplement with the a multi vitamin bi-monthly and calcium with d3 at almost every feeding. about a month ago I started to notice him having a hard time gripping the branches and him holding his right arm out and not using it. The arm would also shake slightly. I attributed this to an incident where a gust of wind had knocked over his branch that I had him basking on outside that was about 2 feet off of the ground, but did not notice any damage from the fall at first glance. When I moved him to the XL mesh cage I swapped the bulb out for a 10.0 bulb for extra screen penetration (because the tallest branch in the cage is around 10" from the top), and because I feared that he was not getting enough uvb. He seems to be moving around the cage more since the move to the larger cage but his limbs seem to be abnormal to me ( see attached pictures). He know that he is eating properly because the crickets in the cage are being depleted and I hand feed him the worms. He also drinks normally and regularly. I have also noticed that the tip of his tongue sticks out occasionally ever so slightly. I have come to the forum to see if the community thought he had MBD, and if so, if it looks severe. Also to get any comments, observations or tips regarding my husbandry. I will happily provide any information to questions you may have.
Thank you in advance.

Yea that's mbd, go see a vet! You will need a large amount of uvb for the little guy to recover! Go see a vet and they will diagnose him, take xrays, set bones, and give you instruction to reverse the mbd. I'm so sorry to say he will never be the same but they can make am almost full recovery! He is in my prayers!

to correct MBD you need to provide more calcium until the bones are strong again. It is recommended that you use a liquid calcium Sandoz or calcium gluconate for that.

In addition to this you must provide proper husbandry...including UVB, appropriate basking temperatures, proper feeding/gutloading of the insects and proper supplementing.

Supplements: phos. free calcium at most feedings and phos. free calcium with D3 twice a month lightly and a vitamin powder with a beta carotene (prOformed) source of vitamin A twice a month. If you need to you can use a vitamin powder once in a while with a preformed source of vitamin A but use it with caution since preformed sources can build up in the system. D3 from supplements also builds up which is why its only used twice a month.

Gutloading/feeding crickets, roaches, superworms, locusts...use a wide assortment of greens such as dandelion, collards, kale, endive, escarole and veggies such as carrots, squash, sweet red pepper, sweet potato.

Appropriate temperatures allow for proper digestion. For a veiled, low to mid 80's should be good.

Go out and get a new uvb tube. They're only good for about 4 or 5 months. Im sure others may say you can use them longer but if youre already having problems id change that first.
Stop using the calcium w/d3 every feeding. Use that once a week. Use a quality calcium w/o d3 every feeding.
The damage has already been done, but there still is a chance! you need a vet visit asap to get him back on his feet again.

As I said...you need to correct the calcium imbalance so the bones will become strong before you only use the supplements in the normal fashion without the liquid calcium.
