i’m just concerned because she’s always on her side. i just hope she’s ok.

Keep an eye on her. Once she has the correct lighting and supplementation that will help... I don't see obvious signs of MBD issues like bowing of her limbs but that does not mean she does not have it being as how they were not supplementing her right or providing the correct UVB lighting.

i usually turn it off around 9-10 and turn it on around 12. no lights on at night.
Ok so this is the problem... Sun comes up at what at like 6:30am room starts to lighten up. she may be waking up prior to lights on. Sun fully sets at 8ish. Also you do not want light on for more then 12 hours. I run 8:30-6:30. I have my heat lamp kick off 2 hours prior to the T5 light kicking off. Which allows for the cage to cool down as well.
The lights are on for 14-15 hours a day right now for her. She is tired and knows that they should be off lol.
