Does my chameleon look healthy

I’m new to this and I feel like she looks healthy but idk why there’s white on her!!!
Any feed back would be appreciated

Looks ok but the eye looks slightly pulled in. Could need water or it just doesn't like the camera. My veiled does that when he is upset but it should not always be like that or it could be a dehydration issue.
