Does LED matter for grow lights?

Hi everyone, i want to invest in a T5 grow light but i’m not sure where to start. i see LED and incandescent bulbs so which one is better? i’m using a 24x24x48 inch cage. Currently i have a pothos, lucky bamboo, art dracaena and a hibiscus tree inside. If you have any suggestions let me know please!

I don't think it really matters, but if you were looking for a specific type of grow light these look promising, it's prob what I will end up getting for my new enclosure. https://www.amazon.com/SANSI-Spectrum-Hydroponic-Greenhouse-Houseplants/dp/B07BRKT56T they are rated really good to. ??

i have a dome light like this and it’s not really helping my plants. I bought it at Target though.
