I just came hom an my cham was almost squashed looking flat on his side on a branch with his tail wrapped around a cable this was under the basking spot he looked very drained looking an funny patchy crusty colours i sprayed him an he apeared normal.......

sometimes they flatten themselves under the heat lamp to have more surface area absorbing the heat but correct me if im wrong... he looks fine to me!! mine do the same thing

Just as above. They can turn dark and flatten themselves to absorb heat.

As said, he appears to just be basking, but check your temps and make sure he isn't too cold.

But yeah, immagine how freaked out I was when I saw my little guy looking like this on like the second day I had him.
