The items that you mentioned have some value but may have "issues" in some circumstances. Usig more than one of them at a time may end-up duplicating ingredients that could possibly have negative effects.
As Syn mentioned, you can use a 50/50 mix of water and Pedialyte (generic is fine) in circumstances where there is concern about advanced dehydration.

These products have many useful ingredients but not much info on exactly how much of each is actually in a dose
