Does anyone know about breeding black soldier flies?

Does anyone know about breeding black soldier flies and can give some advice?

I have an extra 10 gal aquarium and would it be possible to breed and have a stable source of black soldier flies in it? To feed both the larvae and the flies.

I sort of do. They need a decent amount of space. I had some breed in a 4x4 ft enclosure. They also need uvb from what I understand. The larvae are composters, so anything soft they'll eat.

Okay, I’ve just been looking for some feeders that I could easily breed in an old 10 gal tank just to cut costs a bit.
