YES!!!!!!
My guy has one of the friendliest (and most rare) personalities of a chameleon (especially veiled). Every chameleon has a different personality.

AbsoFreakinlutely!!! each and every one of them.
they are such interesting creatures and i think that alot of time people are too quick to just stick everything "non-human" in an "Animal" category. we are all animals, just different kinds. people dont fight it when you say a monkey has a personality, nor a dog, or cat, or bird. i have had multiple pets with multiple personalities and i now have 6 chams, 5 birds, 5 mice and each and every creature has its own personality

i dont meant like Multiple personality Disorder. i meant like each pet had its own personality >.> lol
although my grandmas cat was officially diagnosed by a vet and two animal psychologists (awesome job huh?) as Schizophrenic .... <- true story
i hated that cat lol

a saltwater aquarium and a freshwater one. the saltwater has clown fish, domino fish, a tang, lots of crabs, shrimp, a few star fish and various "starter" fish that dont add much color or personality lol
freshwater is a bit shabbier. we moved a few months ago and a few fresh water fish didnt make it
and we have yet to get more. so its pretty much just an angel fish and bottom feeders/snails

I also have a leo gecko with a somewhat "feel-good" personality. He walks out and looks at you with that look and you just feel happy...Lol.
My cats also have very different personalities. My guy cat is a fatso that is lazy and asks for food all the time but is very cuddly and will let you do anything to him...Lol. As for my girl... She acts like she's a princess. I mean it says that on her collar xD (but her name is Autumn). She is so pathetic but I love the heck out of them both. I used to have two betas but they hated me and died...Lol.

My little boy oliver will drive me crazy when I feed him, he is so self consuinse he only chews his food when my back is turned.
And then in this photo he looked at his roach and then looked back at me, as if to say "really?"
They love to play games with you and you can see it in their eyes, its really wonderful. XD

They all have different personalities. From being handled to which feeder they crave this week. All different, just like us humans.

That first photo looks very familiar to me! Our female veiled is exactly the same, very shy indeed!
I only have one cham but from what I see on here they are all unique

Hehe, they are so silly arent they?! I have a veiled and a panther, compleeeeeeeeetely different, its neat seeing how they differ.

They do all act different, have different likes and dislikes, behave different.
I dont know if you could really say it's 'personality" in the classic meaning.
I think having "personality" requires higher brain fuctions which reptiles do not have.
