Yes, definitely more coverage and live plants. I know you didn’t ask about this, but you’ll also want a different enclosure. This doesn’t appear to have ventilation at the bottom to produce the air flow your chameleon will need. The chameleon academy podcast has great episodes about Jackson’s chameleon care.
Another thought - placing a glass enclosure directly by a window is something to consider. Windows can cause greater temperature fluctuations you will want to avoid.
