hi guys i cant tell myself as i have never had a panther before, i paid the premium for a male so just wanted some reassurance this is what i got, 2.5 month old bb ambilobe.

alot of the day he shows green patches on his cheeks, but i only got a couple of pics of the base of his tail. didnt want to stress him out too much! if you need more pics to confirm let me know.

apologies for the camera quality, its the best i have

Thanks in advance.
Carlin.

haha thanks guys! if anyone else wants to post to ease my mind further go ahead!

LOL ill make sure i tidy my room before i take my next set of pictures clarkrw3 :p if it makes you feel better his enclosure is far better kept.

ill be posting every fortnight or so to see how his colours come along, his sire is a stunning RB BB with alot of yellow so fingers crossed!

Boy, my tiny 1 month old panthers really have a lot of growing to do in the next 1.5 months to get that big. I have been feeding the LOTS of f.f., lets hope they take off soon. Could that panther be older then 2.5 months? It is bigger then my veileds are at 2.5 months.

hey bocajan im certain they are between 2.5 to 3 months max as i spoke to the breeder the other day. i have had experience with veilds before they literally grow like weeds!

cheers for the reaasurance guys, theres nothing wrong with the females i just really set my heart on a male!

thanks lance! what is it you guys are looking for when determining sex? i know the bulge at the base of the tail is supposed to be a giveaway, but i cant see a dramatic difference!

Must be my untrained eyes!

@allencg i got him from lilly exotics, they have a batch of RB BB ambilobes ready to go! the sire of these ambilobes is a stunner! have a look on their site if ur interested.
