DO chams get red rockets like dogs?

Really? a 4.5 month old cham seemed to have something like a red rocket like a dog would get...but it inflated like a balloon and went back in his pee/poop area??? what is that?

It shouldn't happen often but is perfectly normal for a cham just getting into that age.

he pooped shortly after, the poop was normal a little moist but the white had little red dots on the end? is that from him doing the balloon thing?

When they deficate they will show their stuff sometimes. THey red sounds like its Probably a result of him showing his stuff. Sounds fine to me. Just make sure it doesn't happen too often. If it goes back in its fine.
