My female veiled is sheddding on her hands and face right now and still ate 6 crickets and a butterworm today. I did find a mealworm bitten in half on the ground that was barley alive, dont know where it came from either;must have been hiding.

some dont like to eat when they shed but both of mine do pretty well. But it shouldnt be a big problem since it should only take a day or two to shed

Mine eat less 1 or 2 days coming up to shedding and in their shed as well. One of mine also eats his shed so look out for that. If your cham does he wont be interested in feeders for a day or 2.

It looks like you bought your sambava juv on 2-13-10 so you've only had him 10 days right? Has he been eating everyday since you've had him? It would be great to go ahead and bite the bullet :D and answer the "how to ask for help" questionnaire. This way you know that his husbandry is right or at least get some ideas. Posting pics of your enclosure and cham is always best too.

I have Jackson cham and he is shedding right now for the first time in almost two month and I have not seen him eat. The same amount of crickets I place in the morning, I take out at night. I am hopping that he is not eating because he is shedding. I did see him drink though.
