Do buffalo worms carry much goodness for a Cham diet

Hi, I'm just looking around At what other foods I can bring into my chameleons diet. I've just orderd at lot of mantids and I've been looking for silkworms, are silkworms buffalo worms? Also if anyone can recommend anything else please let me no, I use crickets, locust and dubi roaches at the moment

Buffalo works are a cousin to the superworm and mealworm. They are fine to use and add variety. Theymove a lot more than mealworms and superworms too. They are not silkworms though.

No if just found silkworms and orders some, I've also orderd calciworms, I've read up on them an they do carry a relly huge amount of calcium so that's got to be good for chameleons as you have to dust the food with calcium daily and also very little fat so they must be good
