I found a really nice video about how to make your own terrarium vines. It is super easy, cheap and looks great. I will try it this weekend and tell you how durable it is for chameleons.

That looks great and I'd imagine it would be plenty strong enough, if you wanted stiffer things like branches you could use something that would dry stiffer like fiberglass resin or epoxy of some kind. Pond epoxy comes to mind.
