Hi all!
I had the fish tank in past. Now I want to buy a chameleon. I have some equipment from my fishes. I want to take the LED panel and adjust it to chameleon.

Is it possible?

It will be my first chameleon, so I want to save on equipment and accessories somehow...

Hi and welcome to the forums!
This is great place to do the research before buying a cham.

First thing you might want to do is decide which chameleon species you would like to keep.
They could be quite different in terms of living area, temps, lightning etc.

A good start is to take a look at the caresheets:

Regarding your question about LED lamp:
It could be useful for the living plants in your chameleon cage. But the animal will require a basking bulb and a UVB light source too.

Yes, to understand the specific lighting needs of chams (as opposed to fish) please read the basic husbandry info suggested. Chams are poikilotherms so will need exposure to a heat source as well as the correct UVB (most general lighting including LEDs I think will not provide this). A heat source that does not produce visible light won't work as well as a simple household incandescent or halogen bulb. And, as arboreal creatures it works best to place the heat and light sources at the top of the cage...they will want to climb up toward heat, light, and safety.

I will assume you're not talking about keeping your chameleon in your fish tank haha :p A cham need a setup fit for it's climbing (if you choose a tree dweller that say) and ventilation needs which aquariums don't have. You need either a glass with good ventilation (like exo terra) or as most recommend here on the forums, a mesh terrarium which provide your animal with extremely good ventilation!
Good luck!
